Momentan würdest du mit 2 sehr netten Nachbarn zusammen wohnen. Fitwi studiert an der TU. Er kann auch Recht gut deutsch! Willly ist aus USA und arbeitet hier. Ich würde das WG leben als aus- geglichen beschreiben. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ist das kein Problem. Andererseits haben wir auch öfters Freunde eingeladen und dann zusam- men etwas gekocht oder spiele gespielt. Man muss kein perfektes Englisch können um mit beiden super klar zu kommen! Jedoch war bei mir die WG Sprache meist Englisch, da es so einfacher war.
Das Zimmer ist verfügbar für 3 Monate bis Februar.
Für Einkaufen gibt gute Möglichkeiten. In der Nähe befindet sich Edeka und Netto.
Verkehrsverbindungen sind ganz gut, denn Hbf Kaiserslautern ist erreichbar circa 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Und noch kannst circa 5 Minuten Stadtpark erreichen.
Wir haben eine gemütliche Küche, die quasi auch als Aufenthaltsraum dient. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden, jedoch muss die Wäsche dann im Zimmer getrocknet werden. Die Kaution wird bei der Übernahme des Zimmers an den der ausgezogen ist übergeben. Vom Vermieter gibt's dann den Mietver- trag etc. Ein Innenhof in dem im Sommer gegrillt werden kann oder in dem man sein Fahrrad parken kann gehört auch zum Haus.

At the moment you would live with 2 very nice neighbors. Fitwi studies at the TU. He can also speak German quite well! Willly is from USA and works here. I would describe living in a shared apartment as balanced. If you want to have some peace and quiet, that's no problem. On the other hand, we often invited friends and then cooked something or played games together. You don't have to be able to speak perfect English to get along with both of them! However, for me the language of the shared flat was mostly English, as it was easier that way.
There are good opportunities for shopping. Edeka and Netto are nearby.
Transport connections are very good, because Kaiserslautern Central Station can be reached in around 3 minutes on foot. And you can still reach the city park for about 5 minutes.
