Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
mein schönes Zimmer in Kaiserslautern ist vom 28.03. bis 31.05. (eventuell auch länger) frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 11qm groß und hat eine Dachschräge mit einem Fenster auf einer Seite, wodurch es sehr hell ist. Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof gelegen, sodass man immer seine Ruhe hat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, besteht aus einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und einer großen, hellen Küche.
Da die WG schon eine Weile existiert und bei jedem Auszug etwas zurückbleibt, sind Küche und Bad vollständig ausgerüstet. Sämtliche Küchengeräte sowie Backofen, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Keller, der als Abstellraum dienen kann.
Ich überlasse dir alle meine Möbel, damit du nichts mitbringen musst :)

my cozy room in Kaiserslautern is free from 28.03. to 31.05. (possibly also longer).
Despite being 11sqm in size, it feels quite spacious! The room is located facing the backyard, so you always have your peace and quiet, with lots of natural light.
The shared flat is located on the third floor, with a big living room, bathroom and a large, bright kitchen. Since the shared flat has been around for quite some time now, various appliances and trinkets have been left behind from the people that lived here. Thanks to this, the WG is well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, a new washing machine and storage shelves!
In addition, there is a basement that can serve as a storage room.
I'll leave all my furniture so you don't have to bring anything with you :)
Die WG befindet sich auf halber Strecke zwischen Uni-Campus und Kneipenviertel, beides ist also bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zusätzlich befindet sich direkt unten um die Ecke die Bushaltestelle E-Werk. Dort halten mehrere Linien die zur Uni oder zur Stadtmitte fahren. Supermärkte (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, DM) und Bahnhof in wenigen Gehminuten (ca. 5) zu erreichen. Auch der Stadtpark ist auch weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt.

The flatshare is located halfway between the university campus and the pub district, so the location is perfect. In addition, the E-Werk bus stop is located just around the corner. There are several lines that go to the university or to the city center. Supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, DM, Alnatura) and the main train station are all within a short walking distance (just about 5 mins or so). And for a breath of fresh air, the city park is less than a 5-minute walk away.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner Cleo (23) und Poojan (25) sind beide Studenten (Molecular Biologie und Automotive Engineering). Bisher haben wir ein aufgeschlossenes und kommunikatives WG-Leben geführt und würden uns wünschen, dass dieses erhalten bleibt. Wir treffen uns gerne spontan am abends zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Musik hören oder Filme schauen. Wie bei den meisten WGs ist es immer schön, etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen, aber natürlich hat jeder sein eigenes Leben und man kann sich zurückziehen, wenn man möchte.
Wenn dich das Zimmer anspricht, dann würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn du ein paar Zeilen über dich schreibst, sodass wir schon mal einen ersten Eindruck von dir bekommen.

Your new roommates, Cleo (23) and Poojan (25), are both students (Molecular Biology and Automotive Engineering). Though our time living together has been short, we've already found great harmony. An open-minded, uncomplicated and communicative WG-life is important to us, and would like it to continue with you!
While we're not a party WG, we certainly enjoy long, impromptu chats over a drink/tea, watching something (Doctor Who and Modern Family are unanimous favorites) or cooking together.
