Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung in einem 3-Parteien Haus auf dem Kotten. Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Pfaffplatzes. Zur Mensa der Hochschule Kaiserslautern und zu den ÖPNV (Haltestelle Pfaffplatz) braucht man max. 5 Minuten. Mit dem Bus ist die TU Kaiserslautern in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Mall "K in Lautern" mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten braucht man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und zum Bahnhof ca. 20 Minuten.

Kostenlos parken kann man zwar nicht direkt vor der Haustüre, aber in der Forellenstraße, welche ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.


It is an attic apartment in a 3-party house on the "Kotten"-area. The area is relatively quiet.

The apartment is located near the Pfaffplatz. To the cafeteria of the Kaiserslautern University of Applied Science and to the public transport (busstop Pfaffplatz) you need max. 5 minutes. The TU Kaiserslautern is about 20 minutes away by bus. To the Mall "K in Lautern" with various shopping possibilities you need about 10 minutes by foot and to the maintrain station about 20 minutes. Freeparking is not available directly in front of the building, but in Forellenstraße, which is about 10 minutes away by foot.

Das WG-Leben beschreibt dir Michelle (24), deine Mitbewohnerin für das halbe Jahr:

Ich studiere Bio- und Chemieingenieurwissenschaften an der TU Kaiserslautern und arbeite derzeit an meiner Bachelorarbeit. In meiner Freizeit (und wenn ich es zeitlich schaffe) bin ich gerne beim UniSport, spiele Cello oder versuche mich an verschiedenen Projekten wie dem Nähen, Gärtnern oder einer neuen Sprache. Bei einem entspannten (Spiele-)Abend bin ich immer dabei, aber gehe auch mal gerne in die Stadt oder zu Unipartys (wenn diese wieder stattfinden :D). Neuen Ideen und Aktivitäten gegenüber bin ich immer sehr offen!

Für mich ist es wichtig, dass wir eine offene Kommunikation haben und wir auch einen kleinen Putzplan einhalten. Einmal alle vier Wochen müssen wir uns um die Mülltonnen kümmern. Ich fände es außerdem schön, wenn wir den WG-Abend, den Ricarda und ich zurzeit wöchentlich veranstalten, beibehalten könnten. :)

The following describtion of your shared flat life Michelle (24), your roommate for the half year:

I study Biological and Chemical Engineering at the TU Kaiserslautern and I am currently working on my bachelor thesis. In my free time (and if I can make time for it) I like to be at UniSport, play the cello or try different projects like sewing, gardening or learning a new language. I'm always up for a relaxed (game) evening, but also like to go out in town or to uniparties (if they happen again :D). I am always very open for new ideas and activities!

For me it's important that we have an open communication and we also keep a little cleaning schedule. Once every four weeks we have to take care of the trash cans of the aparment complex. I would also like it if we could keep the WG evening that Ricarda and I currently have weekly. :)
