Bei uns gelten strenge Reinigungsregeln, nach denen jede Person die Wohnung einmal pro Woche reinigen muss. (2 Personen, also zweimal pro Woche). Reinigungsprodukte (Wischtuch, Bodenreinigungslösung, Tischreinigungslösung usw.) können im nahegelegenen Geschäft gekauft werden (Kosten ca. 5 Euro/3 Monate, es ist günstig). Der Kühl- und Gefrierschrank wird von jeder Person in zwei Hälften geteilt.
Der Mitbewohner ist ein wirklich netter und fleißiger Mensch, verpasst nie den Putztag, den Mülltag usw. Er kommt aus Indien und studiert an der RPTU Kaiserslautern.

We have a strict rules of cleaning, which each person must clean the Wohnung once a week. (2 People, so twice a week). Cleaning products (Wipe cloth, floor cleaning solution, table cleaning solution, ect) can be bought in nearby store (costs about 5 euro/3months, its cheap). The refrigerator and freezer is divided in half with each person.
The Housemate is a really nice and hardworking person, never miss cleaning day, trash day, ect. He is from india and studying in RPTU Kaiserslautern.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass der Ort ausgezeichnet ist. Das Zimmer ist im Vergleich zu anderen wirklich groß und komfortabel. Mir gefällt wirklich, dass sich die Bushaltestelle direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet, was selten vorkommt, und dass man vor dem Fenster einfach ein Gefühl der Natur vermittelt. Der Vermieter ist ein wirklich netter Mensch und man kann ihm alle Probleme der Wohnung schildern. Ich werde diese Wohnung wieder mieten, wenn ich die Chance dazu hätte.

All I can say is that the place is excellent. The room is really big and comfortable compared to others. I really like that the bus stop is right across the street, which is rare, and it just gives you a feeling of nature outside the window. The landlord is a really nice person and you can tell him any problems with the apartment. I will rent this apartment again if I have the chance.
