Ich suche für meine aktuelle Wg eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in), da ich selber umziehe.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 m², ist praktisch geschnitten und schön hell, da es ein normales Fenster sowie eine Balkontüre besitzt.
Die Küche ist für eine 2er WG außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen neuen Großen Kühlschrank mit seperatem Tiefkühlfach, einen Vierplattenherd mit Backofen und Ceranfeld sowie einen Geschirrspüler.
Eine Waschmaschine ist direkt in der Wohnung vorhanden.
An den Zimmern ist zusammen ein kleiner Balkon dran, welcher gerade im Sommer sehr angenehm ist.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca. 45m².
Die Wohnung liegt in der Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße, von hier aus sind es max. 10 Gehminuten bis zur Uni und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt, dazu ist die Wohnung recht ruhig.
Es gibt einen Kellerraum als abstellmöglichkeit sowie einen Fahrradkeller und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz
