Im a Student from Indonesia and i have finish my Studentkolleg and now im want to leave to another city to continue my studies
The Room is around 15m2 and is fully furnished. There also a huge table, a sofa , a big wardrobe , and a huge bed. For the shared flat there is 2 shared Washroom, a shared Kitchen and also shared Living room
The location is in near Pfaffplatz bus staition around 5 minute from the Flat from there you can take the bus to Kaufland, Stadtmitte , Hauptbahnhof each one of them takes around 5 minute via Bus and around 15 minute by foot
There are 4 Persons in the flat currently there are 2 Indonesians Students ( Bonfillio [20] and Brendon [20] ) and a Master Student from Turkey (Kagan [27]). We all have a weekly plan to clean each part of the flat for example at Sunday i clean the Bathroom , etc. We also respect each other Privacy.
The Flat cost 305€ , Wifi is 10€ and the Electricity 10€
