Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 11qm groß und hat 2 kleine Fenster. Die Wohnung ist selbst ungefähr 58qm und ist noch nicht komplett möbliert. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, das langsam möbliert wird. Sonst gibt es eine sehr schöne Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Es ist außerdem ein schöner Balkon, wo Du dich hinsetzen kannst, wenn Du mal frischer Luft holen willst.
Das Haus befindet sich 4min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt.
Ich bin vor kurzem einzegogen und habe festgestellt, dass ich alle Räume nicht wirklich brauche und würde die Wohnung mit einer netten Mitbewohnerin teilen.
Ich arbeite als Sozialarbeiterin und bin der ganze Tag unterwegs. Ich bin aber sehr gesellig und offen.
Ich suche eine nette Mitwohnerin, mit der ich mich gut unterhalten.
Da ich vor kurzem einzegogen bin, hättest du die Möglichkeit mit mir die Wohnung zu möblieren.
Die Küche muss von Dir allerdings zum Teil (750€) bezahlt werden, da ich Sie für 1500€ bekommen habe.
Die genaue Mietkosten und die Kaution müssen allerdings noch von der Hausverwaltung festgelegt werden. Hier habe ich nur grob geschätzt.
