Wir vermieten 1 großes, möbliertes Zimmer ( ca.20 qm) in Wollbach in unserem Haus. Wir sind ein Ehepaar, das gerne als WG wohnt.
Mitbenutzung des Hauses, Küche, Kühlschrank, Speisekammer, Waschmaschine, 1-2 Maschinen/Wo inkl, Büro mit TV für Mieter nach Absprache (manchmal haben wir dort Gäste), Garten, 1 Fahrrad zum Leihen.
Busse/S-Bahn aus Lörrach bis nachts ca.24h, ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit, Bushaltestelle in 3 Minuten Entfernung.
Abholung nachts bis 2h 1x/Woche aus Umgebungbis +/-5km ist möglich.
3-Monatsrhythmus des Mietens ist ok.
Kündigungsfrist auf Ende jeden Monats ist möglich.
350€ WARM-MIETE ohne weitere NK.
Wir sitzen auch gern mal zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt...

3 Minuten zum Bus in Wollbach.
Zurück von Lörrach:
Nachts fährt ein Nachtbus bis ca 24h ab S-Bahnstation Lörrach-Haagen, welche 1 Station entfernt ist vom Hauptbahnhof Löreach.
Zu Fuß zur DHBW ist es je nach Standort 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß ab Busbahnhof Lörrach
Jeder kocht für sich, aber wir können gerne ab und zu zusammensitzen / zusammen essen.
Ab und zu sind wir verreist.
Freunde mitbringen ist kein Problem.
Im UG ist ein Raum, wenn es nachts mal laut wird mit dem Besuch..
Bei Interesse bitte melden tägl. von 10- 20h, um Kennenlerntermin auszumachen.
