we offer a beautiful large light-flooded room in our attic apartment in Karlsfeld in a double house in a quiet location and quiet neighbors. The DHH currently has 4 people, including my wife and I.
The location is perfect for e.g. professional commuters working in MTU and MAN. Accessible on foot or by bike in about 10 minutes. The various companies in Dachau and the surrounding area as well as the Munich Airport can be reached quickly and easily.
The apartment itself is furnished. A 0.9mx2m bed (act. not on the photo, but present), night box, large table with chairs, 1 couch and a huge real wood cabinet are available. Bed linen is not a problem, as we have enough. You really just have to come with your suitcase and go on :)
The bathroom is very nicely renovated and is spacious.
The kitchen has everything you need. stove, oven, pan, dishes, cutlery. Bowls, fridge. There is also a washing machine available in the kitchen.
You share the apartment (kitchen and bathroom) with a roommate. The room is available to you alone and has a balcony with a wide view to the south.

Dachau is also reachable by car in about 10 minutes (e.g. Autoliv or training in Dachau, etc)
Munich city centre is quickly reached by car (e.g. to BMW about 10km)
ÖPNV connection is good, several bus stops right in front of the door that drive to the S Bahn in Karlsfeld, to Dachau, Moosach or Feldmoching. The S railway station in Karlsfeld can be reached by bike in about 5-10 minutes. We could set up a bicycle parking space in the TG.
Parking is not a problem with us in the streets, there are always enough parking spaces in the street.
To the lake you drive 5 min by bike or about 10 min by foot.

wir bieten ein schönes riesiges lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer in unserer Dachgeschosswohnung in Karlsfeld im Doppelhaus in ruhiger Lage und ruhigen Nachbarn. In der DHH leben aktuell 4 Personen, davon meine Frau und ich im Dachgeschoss.
Die Lage ist perfekt für z.B. Berufspendler, die in der MTU und MAN arbeiten. Fußläufig oder per Fahrrad in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Auch die verschiedenen Firmen in Dachau und Umgebung oder auch der Münchner Flughafen sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist möbliert. Ein 0,9mx2m großes Bett (akt. nicht auf dem Foto, aber vorhanden), Nachtkästchen, großer Tisch mit Stühlen, 1 Couch und ein riesiger Echtholzschrank sind vorhanden. Auch Bettwäsche ist kein Problem, da haben wir genug. Du musst wirklich nur mit Deinem Koffer kommen und los gehts :)
Das Bad ist sehr schön renoviert und ist geräumig.
Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Herd, Ofen, Pfanne, Geschirr, Besteck. Schüsseln, Kühlschrank. In der Küche gibt’s ebenso eine Waschmaschine zur freien Verfügung.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung (Küche und Bad) mit einer Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer steht dir allein zur Verfügung und hat einen Balkon mit weitem Blick nach Süden.

ÖPNV Anbindung ist gut, mehrere Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür, die zur S Bahn in Karlsfeld, nach Dachau, Moosach oder Feldmoching fahren. Der S Bahnhof in Karlsfeld ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca 5-10 min erreichbar. Ein Fahrradstellplatz in der TG könnten wir einrichten.
Parken ist bei uns in der Straßen kein Problem, es sind immer genügend Stellplätze in der Straße vorhanden.
Zum See fährt man 5 min mit dem Rad oder ca. 10 min fußläufig.

The room itself is located in the attic apartment and is in very good condition. V.a. the bathroom is very chic and new made.
It is a quiet 2 WG.
Das Zimmer selbst befindet sich in der Dachgeschosswohnung und befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand. V.a. das Bad ist sehr schick und neu gemacht.
Es handelt sich um eine ruhige 2er WG.
The additional costs (electricity, internet, heating) would be negotiated with 100€ per month.
We would initially rent a fixed period for one year, an extension after which is no problem in agreement.

Die Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet, Heizung) würden wir pauschal mit 100€ im Monat abhandeln.
Wir würden anfangs auf ein Jahr befristet vermieten, eine Verlängerung danach ist in Absprache kein Problem.
