In unserer 2er WG ist ein Zimmer frei. Es hat gemütliche ca. 12m^2, eine leichte Dachschräge und ist schön hell.
Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ klein, dafür gibt es aber noch ein Wohnzimmer dazu, in dem du dich auch ausbreiten kannst.
Die Wohnung liegt im beschaulichen Bulach. In 6-7 Busminuten ist man an der Haltestelle Ebertstraße oder am Hauptbahnhof, von wo aus alle Straßenbahn-/Tramlinien fahren.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Real) sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bäckerei ist sogar direkt unten im Haus!
Da es eine 2er-WG ist, hängt das WG-Leben auch davon ab, was du draus machst. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist nett und unkompliziert. Im Haus wohnen nur Studenten und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass es ein entspanntes Zusammenleben ist.
Wenn du also über 20 bist und eine unkomplizierte WG suchst, bist du hier richtig!
