Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG eines Einfamilienhauses. Im EG gibt es ein weitere Zimmer. Eine Mitbewohner (Safwan) wohnt in diesem Zimmer. Im 1te OG gibt es eine andere Wohnung/WG weitere Zimmern. Da drin wohnt die 2 Jungs(Dinesh, Burhan). In den Bilder oben sieht man die Küche und Bad im EG.
Die Wohnung ist mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar( Nr. 3, ohne umsteigen direkt bis Karlsruhe HBf ). Man braucht ungefähr 3 min oder so bis zur Haltestelle ( Waidweg ). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ein paar. Im 5 minuten zu Fuß erreicht man ein Edeka; in 20 min und kommt man zur Penny. Am Kirchplatz ( 10 min zu Fuß ) gibt es eine Apotheke, Metzger,Postbote, Bäckerei/ Konditorei usw.
Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt, da es keine Zweck WG ist. Die Mitbewohnern und der Vermieter haben ein sehr gute und entspannter Verhältnis. Der Vermieter wohnt als Nachbarn und ist jederzeit per Whatsapp erreichbar.
Der Safwan wohnt im EG und kommt aus Indien. Er studiert gerade Elektrotechnik am KIT.
