Hallo, ich biete ein schönes Zimmer in einer Altbauvilla am Durlacher Turmberg an. Das Zimmer hat ca. 25 qm und ist sehr hell und ruhig. Wir teilen uns außerdem ein geräumiges Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, eine Küche und im Keller einen Waschraum. Abstellmöglichkeiten bestehen auf der Bühne (nach Absprache).
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe der Linie 1 Durlach und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wichtig ist, dass ihr tierlieb seid, da ich einen Kater habe, der sobald er jemanden ins Herz geschlossen hat sehr zutraulich ist.

Karlsruhe Durlach - am Turmberg
S-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich und mein Kater Zeus sind Hauptmieter der Wohnung. Die Vermieter wohnen auch im Haus, sind aber sehr nett.
Im Zusammenleben ist mir Ehrlichkeit und Privatsphäre wichtig. Wir werden in einer 2er WG leben, daher wäre es mir auch nicht recht wenn permanent Besucher da sind. Ab und an ist das natürlich kein Problem... aber eben alles mit Maß und Ziel.
