Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Zu Fuß ist der Ettlingen-West Bahnhof 7min entfernt, von da aus in 5min am Karlsruher Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 30min in Karlsruhe Stadtmitte.
The house is at the end of a culdesac in a very quite and low-traffic area. Next tram-stop is 7min by foot, tram takes 5min to Karlruhe mainstation.
Lots of nice cycling pathes leads into Karlsruhe city, takes about 30min by bicycle.
Mein Mitbewohner verläßt mich Mitte Februar, deswegen suche ich hier eine/n Mitbewohner/in der/die passt. Zu zweit muss auch nicht dringend ein Putzplan eingeführt werden, Kommunikation und ein Minimum an Mitdenken erspart viel unnötige Reibereien.
Hier wohne ich, 41, m, meine Katze und alle 14 Tage übers Wochenende meine beiden Töchter (6 & 7). Der Haushalt ist vollständig ausgestattet, Zimmer kann,wenn gewünscht, möbliert übernommen werden. Sollte ich dein Interesse geweckt haben, ruf doch einfach mal unverbindlich an.
