großes wg-zimmer mit korkparkett und wohnküche mit balkon. in der ersten etage eines älteren einfamilienhauses. die vermieter (musiker, lehrerin) wohnen unten und sind nett und unkompiziert. die wg bewohnen einen physiotherapeut (25) und ein grafikdesigner (41), beide super nett und sehr verträglich. straßenbahnanschluss (rheinhafenstraße) in drei fußminuten erreichbar. riesiges badezimmer mit waschmaschine und badewanne. der balkon geht zum garten raus und ist groß genug für zwei personen. zimmer ist auch im Sommer relativ kühl. die alb mit viel grün liegt direkt vor der tür. einzug zum 1. mai ist auch möglich.
