Das Zimmer ist neu eingerichtet. Du hast ein großes Bett und ein neuen Schreibtisch, selbstverständlich auch einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer ist schön hell. Blick zur Straße.
Super Lage, zur Straßenbahn brauchst du ca 2 min zu erreichen. ca 20 min zur HS, 25 min zur KIT. Etwa 100m entfernt ist einen Park direkt an der Alb gelegen. Ist Super für jemand der Volleyball spielt. Kaufland, Bank und Ärzte ca 500m entfernt. Es ist ungeeignet für Partybiene, da die Verbindung nachts sehr schlecht ist.
Wir sind 2 Studenten (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und Elektrotechnik) . Wir unternehmen viel zsm wie: kochen oder Volleyball, Billard spielen oder auch mal zsm feiern gehen. Aber auch viel zsm lernen. Wenn man Probleme hat kann man gerne an der Tür klopfen. Wir sind generell sehr offen und Unternehmungslustig
Du sollst einigermaßen Ordnung halten und dich an den Putzplan halten. Wir würden uns freuen wenn du dich an sportlichen Aktivitäten interessiert bist.
