Da ich ende Mai oder am 01.06. ausziehe, suche ich einen Nacjmieter für ein schönes großes Zimmer. Es hat rechtlich keine 32m², da die Decke keine 2m hoch ist und Dachschrägen hat. Es hat keine Heizung, bei Bedarf verkaufe ich aber meinen Heizlüfter für 30€.

in 5min Fußweg befindet sich die Haltestelle Geroldsäcker, an welcher die S2 fährt. 10-15min Fußweg braucht man bis zur Glogauer Straße und Waldstadt Zentrum, an welchen die Str 4 fährt und Hagsfeld Bahnhof/Karlsruhe-Hagsfeld an denen die S2 und die S9 fahren. das Waldstadt Zenteum ist ca 15min Fußweg entfernt, dort gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein weiterer Edeka ist auch ca 15-20min Fußweg entfernt.

Das WG Leben ist entspannt. 2 holen aktuell ihr Abitur nach und der dritte aktuelle Mitbewohner Studiert am KIT Lehramt. Es gibt gelegentlich Spieleabende, sowie gemeinsames kochen. Wer an LoL interresiert ist: Worlds wird gerne zusammen angeschaut. Es gibt tendenziell auch pnp rpg Abende, ob und wann es diese wieder hibt ist aber nicht klar.
