Das Zimmer ist 18m^2 groß und hat schöne, hohe Wände, die das Zimmer besonders groß erscheinen lassen.
Es ist zum Innenhof gelegen also braucht ihr euch über Lärm keine Gedanken zu machen. Die Wände sind von mir erst vor ein paar Monaten gestrichen worden (weiß) und falls Interesse besteht würde ich eventuell meinen Schrank dalassen (ist aber kein muss:)).
Die Wohnung liegt wirklich super zentral in der Oststadt und man ist bereits in 5 Gehminuten am KIT. Auch zur PH,FH sind es mit dem Fahrrad maximal 10min.
Die Haltestelle Durlacher Tor ist quasi direkt vor der Haustüre und innerhalb von 2min erreichbar.
Es befindet sich zudem ein Edeka am Kronenplatz (ca. 5min) und das große Scheck-In Center (ca.10min) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch eine Apotheke und ein Ärztehaus sind quasi direkt ums Eck :).
Die WG besteht momentan aus Adrian (19,Maschinenbau),Daniel (20,Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) und mir Katharina (20, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen). ;)
Unser WG-Leben ist eher ruhig und man sitzt ab und zu mal zusammen und isst oder kocht etwas:).
Es hat jeder seinen Freiraum, was aber nicht heißt, dass man aneinander vorbei Leben muss.
Insgesamt sind im Haus nur Studenten WG's und man wird ab und zu eingeladen oder grillt gemeinsam im Hof:).
