Hi,
We are Angie (Studenten, schwitzerland), Lars (Teacher, Germany) and Andi (Circus pedagogue, germany). Our flat mate is leaving and we are looking for some easy-going and cool person to live with. It is available from the 01.01.2017. It would be also possible to start from the 20.12.2016.
The room is arround 17m2, with a huge window and a nice view. Most of the furniture (Couch, bed, regal) can stay in the room for the Person that comes in for FREE. Only an additional Kaution in case anything gets broken (around 150€). In case you want to bring your furniture it is also OK. The Price is 280€ per month, everything included (Internet, TV, water, gas, Strom, etc.)
In the flat there is one big kitchen, two separated bathrooms (shower+WC), Keller, shared backyard/garten, Wasching machine, Spülmaschine, ADSL, Zentral Heizung, cooking tools, etc. Everything ready to move in.
The flat is in the Center of Oststadt and very well communicated: 1 Minute by foot from the Gottesauer Platz S-Bahn, 1 Minute from REWE and Sherpa supermarkets, 2 minutes from Sparkasse, bakeries, with many bars around (Oktave, phono, etc), very close to KIT (5-10min) and in front of the best ice-cream shop of Karlsruhe. It is also quite easy to park near the house, or if you have a bike to can leave it on the backyard.
The atmosphere in the flat is nice. Each one has his own space but we also meet in the kitchen to cook, drink a beer, chat and so on. During the week it is usually relax as most of the people in the flat work. We are looking for someone that keeps the good atmosphere on the flat. In terms of the cleaning we usually follow a cleaning plan once a week.
