da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe, suche ich Nachmieter für mein schönes Zimmer in einer geräumigen Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist ca. 22m² groß und durch zwei große Fenster schön hell. Es ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Drehstuhl, Sofa und Kleiderschrank. Ich bitte um 400€ für meine Möbel und 200€ für die gemeinsamen Möbel, einschließlich Esstisch und Waschmaschine.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung einen extra kleinen Raum von ca. 11m², den mein Mitbewohnerin und ich als Gästezimmer nutzen. Sie können später gemeinsam entscheiden, was damit geschehen soll.

since I'm moving to another city, I'm looking for a tenant for my beautiful room in a spacious flat. The room is circa 22 m² and very bright with two large windows. It is fully furnished with bed, chest of drawers, desk, swivel chair, sofa and wardrobe. I ask for 400€ for my furniture and 200€ for the common furniture, including dining table and washing machine.
Besides, there is an extra small room of circa 10 m², which my flatmate and I use as a guest room. You can later decide together what to do with it.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von KIT Campus Süd (8 Min. zu Fuß). Straßenbahnhaltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie EDEKA und REWE sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is located near KIT Campus South (8 min by foot). Tram stops and supermarkets such as EDEKA und REWE are also within a few minutes walking distance.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Kathrin, Studentin am KIT. Sie ist ruhig, aber sie schätzt auch Gespräch, kocht, backt und isst zusammen.
