Hallo Zusammen,
ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein wunderschönes WG Zimmer in der 2er WG. Vorerst befristet auf Mitte Januar 2022 (evtl auch vereinbar dass die WHG als WG dann übernommen wird da meine Mitbewohnerin dann auch auszieht) Einzug möglich ab 01.10.
Bei Interesse gerne kurz etwas über Dich erzählen.
Innenstadt Ost, nahe Universität. Die nächste Straßen Bahn Haltestelle ist gerade ums Eck, ca. 1 Min entfernt. (Gottesauer Platz) Zu Fuß braucht ihr ca. 15 min in die Stadt. Der nächste Rewe ist 1 Geh Minute entfernt, 2 Häuser weiter. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Hinterhof in einem 5 stöckigem Haus.
Die Wohnung würdest du dir mit einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin teilen. Ihr wäre wichtig dass Du ordentlich und rücksichtsvoll bist. Sie ist berufstätig, spielt aber keine Rolle ob du auch berufstätig bist oder noch studierst.
Mein Kleiderschrank müsste für 40€ übernommen werden. Die WG hat 2 Bäder, Küche mit Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
