wir suchen für unser freies WG-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Nottinghamanlage eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin. Zu uns: Wir sind alle berufstätig und wohnen seit ca. 2 1/2 Jahren zusammen.
Zur WG: Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand u. befindet sich in einem Haus (inkl. Fahrstuhl), dass ebenfalls in einem sehr guten Zustand ist. Die Whg. ist ca. 120qm inkl. 2 Bäder, einer Wohnküche und einem großen Balkon zur Südseite.
Zum Zimmer:
Es ist ein schönes helles Zimmer mit Parkettboden, mit eigenem Telefonanschluss, WLAN und Kabelanschluss.
Zu Dir:
Du solltest aufgeschlossen, nett sein und Spaß am WG-Leben haben. Ob Du studierst oder berufstätig bist ist uns nicht wichtig. Viel mehr legen wir Wert auf ein nettes Erscheinungsbild und dass Du zu uns passt. Kurzum - "die Chemie muss stimmen"!
