Helles 12 m² Zimmer in der Innenstadt West

Unsere Wohnung ist in der Innenstadt West in einem Altbau im EG. Von der Wohnung ist man in 5min zu Fuß am Europaplatz. Auch der CityREWE, LIDL und dm sind nur ein paar Gehminuten weit entfernt.
Die FH und PH erreicht man in gut 10min zu Fuß oder in 3-4 Minuten mit dem Rad. Zum KIT braucht man mit dem Rad/Bahn auch nur etwa 10min.
Durch die zentrale Lage erreicht man die Bars, Clubs und die Einkaufsläden in der Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten. (perfekt zum Shoppen)


Our apartment is in the Inner-city west in an older building. From here you need 5minutes to Europaplatz, a tram station. CityRewe or other supermarkets are just a few walking minutes away.
The University of Applied Sciences or the University of Education are just 10 min by foot or 3 min by bike away, you can arrive Karlsruher Institute of Technologies is with the bike or the tram in 10min.

Wir, Laura (26), Julian (27) und Andy (24), suchen nach einer netten jungen Frau zwischen 23 und 28 Jahren, die am besten wie wir auch studiert und Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben hat, aufgeschlossen ist und sich nicht nur im Zimmer verkriecht.
Unser WG Leben spielt sich meistens in unserem Wohnzimmer ab. Wir sind ein bisschen wie eine Familie, kochen und essen fast immer abends zusammen. Generell machen wir viel zusammen, sei es im Sommer an den See, in die Günther-Klotz-Anlage oder in den Schlossgarten zu gehen. Ab und zu gehen wir auch feiern, treffen uns mit Freunden oder gammeln einfach abends im Wohnzimmer zusammen und schauen einen Film. Aber es bekommt auch jeder seinen Freiraum falls er mal keine Lust hat.
Ach ja, Putzen und Kochen sollten für dich keine Fremdwörter sein :-P

Our life in the living community plays most of the time in the living room. We are like a little family, we are cooking and eating most time together in the evening. Generally we do a lot of things together, for Example we go together to the Lake, through the Günther-Klotz-Park or to the Castle.
Sometime we go a little party, meet us with friends or chill all together on the big couch and watch a movie. But I you want you can also get your leisure if you have no desire.
At least cleaning and cooking should be no foreign words for you :P

Falls dir die Anzeige zusagt und du dir vorstellen könntest ein halbes Jahr bei uns zu wohnen schreib uns einfach was du so machst, wo du herkommst, warum du bei uns in die WG passt und anderes Wissenswertes über dich.
Das WG casting findet in ca 2 Wochen statt, es kann sein das es eine Weile dauert bis wir uns bei dir melden, da gerade alle Ferien haben.
