Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr schön, recht groß und man hat viel Platz.
Wir haben einen langgezogenen Flur, an dessen Ende sich eine Küche mit genügend Platz für Esstisch und Sofa befindet. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und bietet ebenfalls genügend Platz.
Außerdem sehr praktisch ist die zweite, separate Toilette in der WG.
Da ich ausziehe überlasse ich meine Möbel zur Übernahme. Für insgesamt 820€ bekommst Du einen Schrank, eine Kommode, ein kleines Regal, einen sehr großen, robusten Schreibtisch und ein Bett inkl. Matratze.

The room is really beautiful, quite big and you hasa lot of space.
We have a long corridor with a kitchen at the end with enough space for a dining table and a sofa. The bathroom is modernly furnished and also offers enough space.
There is a second, separate toilet in the shared flat.
As I move out, I leave my furniture to take over. For a total of 820€ you get a cupboard, a chest of drawers, a small shelf, a very big, robust desk and a bed incl. mattress.
Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist die Lage: Sie befindet sich direkt am Europaplatz, man braucht also wirklich maximal 1 Minute um so gut wie alle Bahnen zu erreichen.
Zur Hochschule braucht man zu Fuß 3-4 Minuten und
auch das KIT ist mit dem Rad ohne Probleme in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The absolute highlight of the apartment is its location: it is located directly on Europaplatz, so you really need a maximum of 1 minute to reach almost all the railways.
It takes 3-4 minutes on foot to get to the university.
the KIT can also be reached by bike in 10 minutes without any problems.
Das WG Leben ist entspannt und sehr gesellig: Wir kochen gerne zusammen, quatschen auf dem Sofa oder trinken abends mal ein Bier. Zum Lernen kann man natürlich auch seine Ruhe haben. Das wird sicher auch so beibehalten werden ;)

The atmosphere is relaxed and very sociable: We like cooking together, chatting on the sofa or drinking a beer sometimes. Of course, you can also have some time for yourself to study. That will be maintained surely also in such a way ;)
Die Möbel werde ich an den Nachmieter verkaufen. Die WG ist sonst mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht.
