Hallo zusammen,
da ich im SS2017 ein ERASMUS-Semester in Spanien mache, möchte ich mein Zimmer zwischenvermieten. Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind in einem gewissen Rahmen verhandelbar. Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß, wirkt aber durch die hohen Decken größer. Das Fenster zeigt nach Süden, sodass es immer schön hell ist. Meine Möbel (1,40m-Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Regale und ne kleine Bank) würde ich leerräumen und stehen lassen, lediglich die Matratze würde ich rausnehmen, sodass du dich fast ins gemachte Nest setzen kannst ;-) Für die Mögel würde ich eine angemessene Kaution verlangen.
Because of an ERASMUS-semester, my room will be available approximately from february to may, the exact dates of moving in and out are flexible to a certain extend. The room is 14m² big with the window facing south. The room will - except for my mattress - stay completely furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt-West, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kaiserpassage und zur Haltestelle Europaplatz. Zur PH und FH sind es zu Fuß gerade mal 5 Minuten, zum KIT braucht man mit dem Rad etwa ebenso lange. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl) sowie alles mögliche an Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The appartment is located in the western part of the city centre, from where one can easily reach the university, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and any kinds of shops within minutes. You can easily reach the tram stop "Europaplatz" in less then 2 minutes by foot.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Vierer-WG, in der es immer was zu erzählen und was zu lachen gibt. Im Moment teile ich mir die geräumige Wohnung mit gemütlicher, großer Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Balkon) und sehr großem Bad (WaMa, Badewanne und Dusche) mit Atessa (23, Grundschullehramt), Tim (21, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) und Dominik (20, International Management). Die drei sind gesellig, umgänglich und unkompliziert, sodass ich das WG-Leben als sehr entspannt und angenehm bezeichnen würde.
I'm currently sharing the flat with Atessa (23, education), Tim (21, business engineering) and Dominik (20, international management), who are sociable and amiable and we are frequently spending time together.
