Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter/einer Nachmieterin da unsere Mitbewohnerin im März auszieht.
Das Zimmer ist mit 29 m^2 riesig und hat an einer Wand großzügig Fensterfläche nach Osten ist also immer schön hell.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung unsere zwei Zimmer, Küche und Bad. zum Teil ist sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber voll funktionsfähig.
Wir freuen uns über deine Vorschläge und neue Ideen. Wenn du einziehst kannst du die WG selbstverständlich mitgestalten.

our flatmate is done studying and will be moving out end of march.
The room is huge (29 m^2) and has generous windows towards the east so it's always sufficiently lit.
Apart from that the flat has our two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. In parts it is a bit old yet completely functional.
Once you've moved in we'd of course be happy to hear your suggestions and ideas.
Die Lage in der Weststadt ist wie ich finde optimal. Wenn man hier mal wohnt, möchte man eher nicht wieder wegziehen.
Zur Uni sinds mit dem Rad 15 min (FH 7 min) in der Stadtmitte oder am Schlosspark ist man in ca. 10 min.
- Supermarkt 3 min zu Fuß
- Stadtbahnhaltestelle (Yorckstraße oder Schillerstraße) 4 min zu Fuß.
Mit das Beste ist der schöne Wochenmarkt am Gutenbergplatz (Di, Do, Sa) in 2 min erreichbar.
Außerdem ist das beste Eis der Stadt (Arte Dolce) gleich um die Ecke ;)
The location in the Weststadt is imo optimal. Living here, one doesn't even think abuout moving away.
By bike you can reach the uni in 15 mins (FH 7 mins) Inner city or Schlosspark will take you apprx. 10 mins.

Also worth noting is the Gutenbergplatz farmers market (Tue, Thu, Sat) only 2 mins away.

Wir sind Julian und Daniel, haben beide im Wintersemester 2015 am KIT angefangen. Julian studiert im Master Informatik und ich im Bachelor Elektrotechnik.
Die meiste Zeit verbringen wir in Karlsruhe und sind demnach viel daheim, ab und zu Essen oder Zocken wir zusammen.
Wenn es was zu klären gibt (Besorgungen, Zahlungen, Putzen, etc.) sprechen wir es kurz ab und regeln die Sache unkompliziert.
Grundsätzlich ist die WG sehr gesellig, trotzdem ruhig und gemütlich. Es sind regelmäßig Gäste da aber große,laute Partys feiern wir nicht wirklich.
We are Julian and Daniel, both started at KIT in 2015. Julian is studying computer science, i am studying electrical engineering.
Most of the time we're in Karlsruhe thus at home most of the time, from time to time we eat or play games together.
If ever there is something to do (shopping, payments, cleaning, etc.) we quickly talk it through and it's taken care of.
In general life here is very sociable but still quiet and relaxed. There are regular visitors but not really any parties.
Falls du an dem Zimmer Interesse hast, würde es uns freuen von dir zu hören. Auch gern Fragen wenn noch was unklar ist.
Es wäre super wenn du uns mal besuchen könntest, dann kann man die wichtigen Dinge gut durchsprehen.
Das Zimmer ist voraussichtlich schon Mitte bis Ende März bezugsfertig. Ob du dann einziehen willst oder zum 1. April ist dir überlassen.
