Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und hat ein Fenster nach Osten, so dass das Sonnenlicht vor allem am Morgen, aber den ganzen Tag über hell ist. Es ist ausgestattet mit Bett (mit Matratze), Vorhängen, Kleiderschrank, Arbeitstisch, langem Schrank, Garderobe und einem Ventilator. Da ich mein Studium abgeschlossen habe und in Karlsruhe wohne, sollte der neue Mieter idealerweise die Möbel kaufen, die ich komplett für 220€ verkaufe. Der Rest der Wohnung besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (ohne Geschirrspüler), einem Toilettenraum, einem Duschraum mit Toilette und drei weiteren Schlafzimmern Ihrer Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, aber es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber ein Waschhaus ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
The room has 12m² and has its window towards east, so sun light mostly in the morning, but bright during the whole day. It is equipped with bed (with mattress), curtains, wardrobe, study desk, long cupboard, coat rack and a fan. As I finished my studies and I am living Karlsruhe, ideally the new tenant should buy the furniture, which I am selling the whole for 220€. The rest of the flat consist of full equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), one toilet room, one shower room with toilet, and three other bedrooms of your flatmates. The flat is in the 4th floor but there is a lift in the building. There is no washing machine in the flat, but a Waschhaus is just 2 minutes walking from the flat.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und verfügt über viele Lebensmittel- und Transportmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In Gehdistanz gibt es einen Lidl (2min), einen Penny (5min) und einen Rewe (8min), sowie eine Bäckerei (2min). Die nächstgelegene Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in der Ecke des Blocks (Sophienstraße), und auch das Mühlburger Tor ist sehr nah, so dass es viele Straßenbahnen gibt. Zum KIT benötigen Sie 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad, und zur Hochschule noch weniger. Der Europaplatz ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is very central and has many groceries and transport options close by. In walking distances there is a Lidl (2min), a Penny (5min) and a Rewe (8min), and a backery (2min). The closest tram stop is in the corner of the block (Sophienstrasse) and Mühlburger Tor is also very close, so there is plenty of trams available. To KIT you need 15min by tram or by bike, and to Hochschule even less. Europaplatz is reachable in a 15min walk.
In der Wohnung leben 3 weitere Personen zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren, von denen einer studiert und die beiden anderen arbeiten. Das Leben in der Wohnung ist dann sehr entspannt, normalerweise treffen wir uns abends in der Küche, um uns mit oder ohne Bier zu unterhalten. Es ist kein Problem, Freunde mitzubringen.
Live in the flat 3 other boys between 20 and 30 years, one of them study and the other two work. The flat life is then very chill, usually the kitchen is where we meet to talk in the evening with or without a beer. Bringing friends is not a problem.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 287,40€ und beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet. Die Mietperiode bis Juli ist, weil der letzte mit direktem Vertrag mit dem Vermieter voraussichtlich in diesem Monat auszieht, und deshalb sollte ein Neuer direkt mit dem Vermieter unterzeichnet werden. The warm rent is 287,40€ and include electricity, water, heating and internet. The renting period until July is because the last one with direct contract with the landlord may move in this month, and therefore a new one should be signed straight with the landlord.
