Das Zimmer wird befristet untervermietet da ich wegen einer Praxisphase unterwegs bin. Bitte beachte die Zeiträume in welcher das zimmer untervermietet wird.
Das zimmer hat eine hohe decke und ist schön hell. Außerdem steht das Bett auf einer Etage, heißt es gibt nochmal mehr stauraum :). Und wird es möbliert untervermietet also brauchst du dich um nicht viel kümmern es ist schon alles vorhanden.

Die WG liegt in einer Nebenstraße vom Marktplatz, also super zentral. Außerdem in einem Innenhof das heißt man hört keinen straßenlärm o.ä.
Supermärkte, Cafes, und Ubahn Stationen sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen.

Du wirst zusammenleben mit Laura, sie studiert im zweiten Semester an der DHBW. Das Zusammenleben könnt ihr ganz so gestaltet wie es euch gefällt. Lauras Zimmer ist über den Flur außerhalb der Wohnung das heißt jede kann sich mal ganz in ruhe zurück ziehen. Aber es besteht natürlich auch die Möglichkeit das Zusammenleben gemeinsam zu gestalten.
