ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in der Goßlerstraße. Es sind nur 2 min zu Fuß zum Blauen Turm.
Suche zum 1.03 jemanden....aber 15.Februar wäre auch möglich.
Die ganze Wohnung ist 70m² groß. Dein Zimmer wäre ca 12m² groß, sehr hell.
Die Wohnung hat eine geräumige Küche die komplett ausgestattet ist und wo auch gerne zusammen oder allein gekocht wird.
Badezimmer mit Fenster ist auch vorhanden.
Die anderen Mitbewohner sind auch Studenten....deshalb bevorzugen wir auch Studenten.
Ein Waschraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden mit Waschmaschine. Genügend Stauraum für alte sachen hast du auch im Keller oder auf dem Speicher.
Ansonsten beträgt die Warmmiete inklusive Internet+Telefon nur 200 Euro.
Das ist für die Lage ein TOP Preis!
Also wenn du Bock hast in eine nette WG einzuziehen, die übrigens auch sehr sauber ist, dann meld dich einfach telefonisch bei mir.
