Hallo,
mein Mitbewohner ist länger weg, er will aber sein Zimmer nicht aufgeben. Die Möbel können drinbleiben oder auch nicht. Das Zimmer ist angenehm groß, ca 16 m², ich habs aber nicht nachgemessen. Die Wonung hat auch ein großes Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Von der Baustelle am Europaplatz bekommt man nur was mit, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Da dein Zimmer aber nach hinten rausgeht, sollte das passen. Leider ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage recht teuer.
Kann sein dass mein Mitbewohner auch komplett auszieht, er hat sich noch cniht entschieden.
Ich bin berufstätig am Campus Nord, früheres Forschungszentrum.
Direkt am Europaplatz überm McDonalds im 3. Stock. Zentraler gehts nicht. Leider ist die Baustelle da, aber Nachts arbeiten die nicht und Tagsüber ist man ja sowieso eher weg...
Ich bin am arbeiten und sonst auch recht viel unterwegs, weil ich im Moment nur alleine in der Wohnung bin. Ich mach aber gerne alles mögliche, klettern, joggen, Kino, Theater oder einfach nur mal zusammen kochen.
