I rent my nice and huge room (32 sq. meters) starting from 1st of August. The room is completely furnished (desk, bed, wardrobe, 3 couches). The cost of the room is 335.00 € (everything included) and the address is Gottesauer straβe 24.
In our floor, there is one shared kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, etc. There are also many separated showers and bathrooms in each floor. The bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned 3 times per week by the cleaning lady. Internet is also included. You can use also use the washing machine and the tumble drier.
The room is in a perfect location.
You only need 4 min walking to the Uni - KIT and 2 min to the tram station Gottesauer Platz.
You have REWE and Schek-in really close too and the room is located in a big WG with 40 rooms in total. Marktplatz and many restaurant are close too
The roommates are really nice and they come from different parts of the world: Spain, Taiwan, Germany, Mexico, China, etc.
