Das Zimmer ist in einer 2er WG und bewohnbar ab dem 01. März 2014 (eventuell schon früher) und voraussichtlich frei bis zum 01.September 2014. Es ist sehr groß und möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch). Ebenso bleibt die Küche auch eingerichtet (Teller, Töpfe etc.).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral, direkt gegenüber des KIT Campus Süd. Die Haltestelle Durlacher Tor ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Alles was man so zum leben braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (Einkaufen, Essen etc.)
Das zweite WG-Zimmer ist bis zum 01.April ebenfalls noch zur Zwischenmiete vergeben, danach zieht der ursprüngliche Mieter wieder ein. Beides sind sehr nette Jungs :) Im Moment ist es nur eine reine Zweck-WG, allerdings kommt es natürlich immer darauf an, was man daraus macht.
