Das Zimmer ist ca 20m² groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster. Es ist unmöbliert und kann neu gestrichen werden. Das Fenster ist gut isoliert (keine Lärmbelästigung durch S-Bahn). Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Balkon, ein Fahrrad kann im Innenhof unter einem Unterstand abgestellt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt und hat eine S-Bahn Station direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Hallo, wir sind Lena und Lea, beide 19 Jahre alt und Erstsemester Studentinnen. Ich beginne mein Studium an der FH im Fach International Management und Lena ist duale Studentin bei dm.
Wir suchen nach einer Mitbewohnerin für unsre neue Wohnung in der Innenstadt. Du solltest Nichtraucher sein und nicht in einer Zweck-WG wohnen wollen, da wir auch gerne in unsrer Freizeit Zeit miteinander verbringen.
Da wir außerdem noch keine Küche haben solltest du dich daran beteiligen. Am liebsten wäre uns eine Mitbewohnerin aus dem Saarland, da wir beide auch von dort kommen (ist natürlich keine Bedingung ;-) ).
