Hallo Leute,
frei wird ein Zimmer - unbefristet - in einer 4Zimmer-Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 3min zu Fuß vom Europaplatz entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß und hat eine schöne große Fensterfront zum Innenhof...Fotos folgen noch.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Gäste-Wc und ein Flur mit Esstisch.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine).
Eine Waschmaschine steht im Waschkeller. Für Elektonischengeräte kommt zusätzlich noch eine Ablöse von 200€ hinzu, diese könnt ihr euch beim Auszug wieder zurückholen.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Minute am Europaplatz.
Zur PH/ FH braucht man keine 10min zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5min am KIT.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist alle von A- Z vorhanden.
Parkmöglichkeiten findet man mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis immer (40€ im Jahr).
In der WG wohnen zwei Jungs und ein Mädel. Sie studieren und arbeiten in Karlsruhe.
Am besten lernst du sie selber bei einer gemütlichen Runde kennen :)
Das Zimmer kostet 390€ kalt+ 35€ Nebenkosten (WLAN, Strom, GEZ)
+700€ einmalige Kaution
+200€ Ablöse für Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank
Ich würde gerne meinen Kleiderschrank da lassen, eine große Couch könnte ich dir auch überlassen.
Das können wir aber noch besprechen.
