In der Wohnung wohnen insgesamt vier Studenten, einer davon wärst dann du. Wir haben ein Bad, ein seperates WC und eine Küche. Die Wohnung ist recht neu und das Bad renoviert. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden. Auch sonst ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht :)
Ich werde alle meine Möbel in dem Zimmer lassen ( Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch, Schrank, 2 Komoden).
There are four students living in the aparment, including you. The flat includes 4 bed rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a seperate toilet. We have a dish washer, a washing machine and everything else needed! :) My room is completely furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, two cabints, couch).
Wie Wohnung ist super gelegen. Ziemlich zentral, zwischen den Haltestellen Herrenstraße und Europaplatz. Direkt ums Eck ist ein Aldi, ein Rewe und mehrere Döner. Verhungern wird also keiner.
The flat is located in the city center. The next tram station is 3 minutes away. There are different supermarkets near the flat, as well as some cheap restaurants and bars.
In der WG bleibt Ronja (momentan noch 23), sie studiert am KIT. Die anderen zwei Bewohner sind auch nur zur Zwischenmiete in der Wohnung und ziehen jetzt dann leider auch beide aus. Ronja ist aber super nett und du wirst dich bestimmt gut mit ihr verstehen. Wieder zurück kommen Sam (24) und Lorenz (25). Ich kenne beide garnicht bzw. nur flüchtig, aber Ronja hat mit beiden schon zusammen gewohnt und hat nur Gutes berichtet :D
Currently there are two girls and one boy living in the shared flat. But two of them will leave, because they rented the room only for half a year. The other boys, who are coming back, have lived there beforde with Ronja, the girl who stays. Ronja is a really nice, uncomplicated girl and you will have no problems and a fun time with her. I rarly know the two boys, but Ronja told me only good things about them.
Das Zimmer ist frei ab September bis Ende Januar/ Anfang Februar. Es besteht dann auch die Möglichkeit das Zimmer weiter unbefristet zu übernehmen und dort wohnen zu bleiben.
