Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht leider aus beruflichen Gründen aus.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Herzen der Südstadt. Es ist aber zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet wodurch es nicht auffällt, dass man in der City wohnt. Es ist im Sommer angenehm kühl und ruhig!
Alles was man sich wünschen kann man LOCKER zu Fuß erreichen.
Darunter auch:

INNENSTADT: 10 min
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl,Netto, scheckin center ...usw): UNTER 5 min

Ich habe jetzt fertig studiert und arbeite vollzeit als sozialpädagoge. Ihr hättet also jede menge freizeit und eure ruhe vor mir ;))
arbeiten heißt aber nicht, dass kein leben mehr stattfinden kann also wenn ihr lust hättet etwas zu unternehmen / kochen / usw usw was man halt als wg so treibt bin ich immer dabei ^^
ich habe schon einen kleinen mitbewohner (katze) also solltet ihr vllt ein mindestmaß an tierliebe mitbringen damit sich alle gut verstehn ^^
ihr müsst euch natürlich nicht um das vieh kümmern aber wer allergisch ist oder ähnliches sollte vllt die hände vom zimmer lassen :DD
