Hello everyone,
As I finished my study in Germany and about to move back to my home-country, I would like to look for someone who would want to have a small and cozy room in Karlsruhe for study.
The room is only 13m2 but already have a small balcony and fully equipped with basic furniture (study desk, wardrobe...)
The room is in a 3er-WG and in a second floor of an old house.
The soonest you can move in is 1st of February but day it is totally negotiable. I can try to clean and pack my stuff if you want to move in early.
Location:
Karlsruhe, Breite Str. 57 So 600m ALDI, 350m bakery, 260m butcher, 750m Nahkauf, 450m Pharmacy, 500m Albtalbahnhof, 1km Hauptbahnhof. Close to the Alb and Günther-Klotz-Anlage. It's a suitable place for someone who want to do sport in the park too. There a small garden area shared used in front of the house, you can also park your bike their.
The two men living together in this WG - one is 26 currently working from home and one is 20 doing his Ausbildung.
So the cost of the room would be:
Cost: 260€ / month (Warmmiete) + 13€ / month (GEZ + Internet - shared already with other two)
Everybody has their own schedule and life but the separate paths cross one another regularly, generally in the kitchen. They are open and attentive to one another.
I bought the furniture from the previous renter (the bed, mattress, wardrobe and the big shelf) for 180 euro in total.
The big mirror and the study desk are bought from IKEA. Since I am moving back to my country and cannot carry anything with me and everything is in super good conditions of using, I would like to left all the furniture to the next renter at around 100euro in total.
