Hallo,
ich suche ab sofort eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine 2er-WG-Neugründung in Karlsruhe-Mühlburg.
Das Zimmer selbst ist 14qm groß und nicht möbliert. Es gibt außerdem noch ein kleines Ess- bzw Wohnzimmer.
In der Miete von 320€ ist schon alles enthalten, was man so braucht, also Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet, Telefon.
Zudem sind in der Wohnung eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 min von der Haltestelle Entenfang entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad benötige ich etwa 20 min zur Universität. Zur FH dauert es etwa 15 min.
Einkaufen kann man im Nahe gelegenen Lidl oder Aldi.
Du solltest ein netter, aufgeschlossener Mensch sein, der die WG nicht als Zweck-WG ansieht.
