Offer a spacious 35 sqm, partially furnished room in the basement of my apartment for rent.

Biete zur Untermiete ein geräumiges 35 qm großes, teilmöbliertes Zimmer im Untergeschoss meiner Wohnung an.
Ab Mitte April 2025 bezugsbereit.

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ohne die Hauptwohnung durchqueren zu müssen. Jedoch ist im selbigen Untergeschoss meine unternehmergeführte Kindertagesstätte (Betriebszeiten: 9-15Uhr) verortet. Den Weg zum Bad, sowie das Bad wird ebenso von den Kindern genutzt.

Das Zimmer verfügt über Schreibtische, Kleiderschrank, Regale. Eine eigene Küchenzeile im Wohnraum wird wieder installiert und ist bei Einzug betriebsbereit, jedoch nicht ausgestattet. Mitzubringen wäre ein Bett und alles was das Leben bequemer und gemütlicher macht.

Ich stelle das Zimmer mit eigener Küche und geteiltem Bad für eine Gesamtmiete vom 600€ zur Verfügung. Mindestmietdauer ist 1 Jahr.
In der Miete inbegriffen sind Heizung, Strom, Wlan. Eine Waschmaschinennutzung oder -Anschluss steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung liegt in Neureut-Heide, der ÖPNV ist fussläufig in 3 min erreichbar.
