Das zu vermietende WG-Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, unmöbliert und teil einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Die zwei Zimmer, sowie Küche und Bad sind alle getrennt über den Flur erreichbar. Das Zimmer wurde erst vor einem halben Jahr komplett renoviert und ist in einem top Zustand. Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Hausmeister, Internet, Telefon etc.) beträgt 305 Euro.
Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Mehrfamilienhaus das im Süden des Karlsruher Vororts Neureut liegt. Wer es gerne etwas ruhiger hat und trotzdem nicht zu weit weg von der Karlsruher Innenstadt sein will, dem wird diese Lage sehr gut gefallen.
Ein Lidl ist in 1Min Fußweg zu erreichen, Edeka, DM und Netto in 3-4 Min mit Fahrrad.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Karlsruher Innenstadt erreicht man in 15 Minuten mit Bus oder Fahrrad, das KIT in 15-18 Min. mit dem Rad und 25 Min. mit Bus und Bahn.
