Da ich von Juli bis ende September meine Praxisphase außerhalb von Karlsruhe habe, wird in diesem Zeitraum ein Zimmer in unserer netten WG frei.
Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung ist in der Rohde Island Allee 3, 76185 Karlsruhe.
Mit der Straßenbahn (Haltestelle "Lilentalstraße" direkt vor der Haustür) benötigt man 10 min in die Innenstadt und 25 min zur Uni. Wenn man mit dem Fahrrad fährt, ist man ca. 15 min zur Uni unterwegs. Zu Fuß ist die BA in 5 min zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Zur Ausstattung:
Die gesamte Wohnung ist gut in Schuss, Bad und Küche befinden sich in gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung verfügt über Balkon, Keller, Fahrradabstellplatz.
Zum Zimmer:
12 m², 200 Euro warm, komplett möbliert (Sofa-Bett, Schreibtisch, -stuhl, Schrank).
Strom, Heizung, Internet- u. Telefonflatrate sind in der Warmmiete enthalten.
