Hey, ich (männlich, 20 Jahre, Nicht-Raucher) studiere seit September an der DHBW Karlsruhe. In meiner Wohnung in der Erzbergerstraße ist ein knapp 16 qm großes und helles Zimmer frei, zu dem auch ein Mansardenzimmer (~ 8 qm) ein Stockwerk höher, sowie Speicher und Kellerstellplatz (primär zur sicheren Fahrradabstellung) gehören. Die Küche habe ich neu eingerichtet (Schränke, Tisch und Stühle, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowellenbackofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine).
Die Gesamtkosten belaufen sich auf etwa 400€ inklusive Gas, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Müllabfuhr, Hausnebenkosten, schnelles Internet (120 MBit/s), etc. Es kommen keine Kosten mehr dazu.
Stadtzentrum, KIT, Hochschule und DHBW sind in angenehmer Fußentfernung (<15min).
Freue mich über eure Anfragen. Besichtigungen sind unter der Woche ab 18:00 und am Wochenende nach Absprache möglich.
