The room is small but bright and pretty, with a beautiful view from the window of the church. From the past resident you can get a bed, a table and a clothes rail.

The flat has everything you can need. I can tell you about everything personally:)

The flat is located near durlacher tor station, about 5 minutes on foot. Not very pleasant: there is a bar and a church nearby, which can be noisy.

We don't have any meetings or anything like that at the moment. However, the atmosphere is friendly, we respect each other's privacy and that is most important.

I'm Julija (19). My motherlands are Lithuania and Russia, but I also speak English and German, and I'm learning French. I study computer science at KIT. Your second flatmate would be Zhenia (25). She is from Ukraine, works in Karlsruhe as a marketing manager, and spends most of her time during the day in the office.

I play the piano and guitar, so maybe I'm a bit noisy, if that matters to you:) But anyway, we have another neighbor (one floor higher or something) who is a musician (like a real one, I guess), so we can often hear them playing.

For us, it's totally normal to invite your friends for a night or just for a visit, but you should always let us know, especially if they're male friends:)

We use the Flatastic app to keep our apartment clean. At the moment, there are a couple of problems in the bathroom that need to be solved, so we can talk about it in person. But it's not that serious; one of them will hopefully be solved before you move in:)
