The Internet is very fast and never makes problems. Das Internet ist sehr schnell und macht nie Probleme.

My apartment has a very high ceiling and a huge window that is rounded up (see photos).

There is a kitchenette in the room (ceran hob with 2 hobs, sink, refrigerator, top microwave with thawing and grill function). My nespresso machine, Bialetti espresso cooker and tea maker would of course be left in the room, just like dishes and kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is designed with large, beautiful tiles, has a mirror over the entire length and a large shower with good water pressure (and always sufficient hot water). Föhn and towels are available.

In the entrance area there is a suspension for jackets and a built-in wardrobe where there is plenty of space for shoes. In addition to the built-in bed (used by me as a sofa) is a built-in wardrobe with compartments and hanging possibility for clothing.

The bed is wide. I also have an airbed (broad), so up to 4 people can stay in the room if there is a visit. Lein wipes and bedding are also in the room.

The heating works perfectly (and is included in the rental) and is also heated in the surrounding rooms, which is why I only switch on my own heating on very cold days.

Washing machines and dryers are available in the dormitory (each 2 per floor) and are well maintained. I have an ironing board + iron in the room.

I only have a direct neighbour who is rarely home. One hears voices from the gang, but only when the voice is spoken with a loud voice right in front of the door. Fortunately, I don't have a loud party room in the direct environment, so the night rest is secured.

Meine Wohnung hat eine sehr hohe Decke und ein riesiges Fenster, das nach oben hin abgerundet ist (siehe Fotos).

Es gibt eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer (Cerankochfeld mit 2 Herdplatten, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Top Mikrowelle mit Auftau und Grillfunktion). Meine Nespressomaschine, Bialetti Espressokocher und Teekocher würde ich natürlich im Zimmer lassen, genauso wie Geschirr und Kochutensilien.

Das Badezimmer ist mit großen, schönen Fliesen ausgelegt, hat einen Spiegel über die gesamte Länge und eine große Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck (und immer ausreichend Warmwasser). Föhn und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.

Beim Eingangsbereich gibt es eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Jacken und einen Einbauschrank, in dem viel Platz für Schuhe ist. Auch neben dem Einbaubett (von mir als Sofa verwendet) ist ein Einbauschrank mit Fächern und Hängemöglichkeit für Kleidung.

Das Bett ist breit. Außerdem habe ich noch ein Luftbett ( breit), demnach können bis zu 4 Personen in dem Zimmer übernachten, falls mal Besuch kommt. Leintücher und Bettzeug bleiben auch im Zimmer.

Die Heizung funktioniert tadellos (und ist in der Miete inkludiert), außerdem wird auch in den umliegenden Zimmern geheizt, weshalb ich meine eigene Heizung nur an sehr kalten Tagen überhaupt einschalte.

Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Wohnheim vorhanden (jeweils 2 pro Stockwerk) und top gewartet. Ein Bügelbrett + Bügeleisen habe ich im Zimmer.

Ich habe nur eine direkte Nachbarin, die selten zu Hause ist. Hin und wieder hört man Stimmen vom Gang, aber nur wenn direkt vor der Türe mit lauter Stimme gesprochen wird. Glücklicherweise habe ich im direkten Umfeld kein lautes Partyzimmer, also ist die Nachtruhe gesichert ;).
