Wir suchen einen netten, neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere 3er WG. Er/sie sollte wenigstens für 6 Monate hier wohnen wollen. Das Zimmer steht zwar sofort zur Verfügung, doch auf Grund der Kurzfristigkeit wäre natürlich ein Einzug im Juli wahrscheinlicher.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Uni-Gelände sowie an einer S-Bahn-Haltestelle (Karl-Wilhelm-Platz). Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, dafür aber ein Geschirrspüler. Es wird in der Küche, sowie gelegentlich in den Zimmern geraucht.
Folgende Möbel könnten günstig übernommen werden:
- Ein Schreibtischstuhl
- 2 kleine Regale und ein Kleiderschrank
- Eine Matratze
