da ich ab dem 1.Juli ein Praktikum mache, suche ich für zwei (!) ruhige, gepflegte und möblierte ca. 7,5qm Zimmer (also insgesamt 15qm) eine/n nette/n, ordentliche/n, unkomplizierte/n und Student/in zur Zwischenmiete in einer 2er WG.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Bett und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, das Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Rollcontainer und Regal. In Kombination ist das super gemütlich, weil der Schlafraum und Arbeitsraum getrennt sind!
Dich erwarten eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine, ein Kellerraum sowie ein kleiner Abstellraum. Das Fahrrad kann direkt vor dem Haus (Hinterhof) abgestellt werden. Wenn du ein Auto hast, gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Telefon und Internet geht beides per DSL (16.000), mit Flatrate und W-Lan.
Ein Kabel-Anschluss ist in beiden Zimmern vorhanden. Die Gesamtwohnungsgröße beträgt 55 qm.

I’m going do to an internship as from 1.July. That’s why I’m looking for my two (!) quiet, well-kept and furnished approx. 7.5 sqm rooms (in total 15 sqm)for a kind, tidy and uncomplicated student m/f for a temporary rent in shared flat (2 people in total).
The sleeping room is equipped with bed and wardrobe; the study is furnished with desk, chair, storage container and a shelf. For me this is the perfect combination, since sleeping room and study are separated!
Besides these two rooms, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, a bath with shower, bathtub and washing machine, a basement room and another small storage room. You can leave your bike right in front of the house in the backyard. In case you have a car, you can use one of the spots in front of the house. Telephone and internet by broadband connection (16.000) at a flat rate tariff are also available. A connection for cable TV is in both rooms.
The total size of the apartment is 55 sqm.
Die Lage ist super!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage im EG eines 2 stöckigem Hinterhaus (Altbau) in der schönen Oststadt.
In kurzen 5 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad an der Uni, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in ca. 3 min erreichbar. Die Lage ist super, jede Art von Einkaufsmöglichkeit (von Supermarkt (Rewe) über alle Discounter (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Treff) bis zum Baumarkt) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the basement of a two-storied house (residential building) in a backyard. It’s just a five-minute ride by bike to KIT; a stop for the tram is just 3 min away.
Everything else what you need for your daily life like banks and supermarkets (REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Treff) is also super close.
Passend zur gemütlichen Wohnung bietet sie einen super netten Mitbewohner. Ein unkomplizierter, ruhiger und umgänglicher Maschinenbaustudent im 10.Semester und mit jungen 25 Jahren. Er ist eher ordentlich und legt Wert auf ein ausgeglichenes WG-Leben (also keine Zweck WG!).

In addition to a nice apartment you will have a very kind flat-mate. He’s an easy-going, calm and sociable 25 year old student of mechanical engineering. He prefers some kind of tidiness and appreciates a good relationship while living together.

Bei der Mietdauer kann ich in einem gewissen Bereich flexibel sein. Evtl. ist auch ein kürzere Zwischenmiete (bis 1.09.12 oder 1.10.12, oder 01.01.13) möglich. Fragt bei Bedarf einfach nach!
Regarding the duration of the rent I'm a bit flexible. A shorter rental period could also be possible (e.g. until 01.09.12 or 01.10.12, or 01.01.13).
