Die Lage, ganz in der Nähe zur "Kippe" und zur "Zwiebel", wenige hundert Meter Luftlinie zur Uni, ist ideal z. B. für Studentinnen und Promovenden.
Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Vorraum, der z. B. als Kleideraufbewahrung (oder als begehbarer Kleiderschrank!!! ;-) o. ä. genutzt werden kann. Die Fenster zeigen nach hinten raus, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick auf einen Dachgarten.
Zwei relativ große Bäder mit jeweils einer Badewanne!
Das Hausklima ist sehr angenehm, kein Stress wegen Kehrwochen oder so was.
Parken kann man in der Lachnerstraße meist recht einfach, höchstens ein, zwei Mal um den Block fahren.
Wir haben zwar eine Spülmaschine, die hat allerdings vor kurzem den Geist aufgegeben.
Meld dich, wenns passt! Am besten per Telefon oder SMS. Aber bitte nur, wenn der Einzugstermin auch tatsächlich passt. Anfragen wie "Suche ab April ein Zimmer" kann ich nicht beantworten.
