Hey,
we're Jens, Adriana and Marc - and we've got a room for rent. We thought it would be quite cool to have a native english roomie again (we've got a nice guy from Canada half a year ago)!
There is a couch, a loft bed, a desk and a chair in your room. Basic furnishing ;)
In our kitchen, there is a stove, a dish washer, 2 fridges, a microwave oven, and so on. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a laundry dryer.
Our flat/appartment is in the east of Karlsruhe. You can walk to the streetcar/tramway station in about 3 minutes. If you want to bike to the university/KIT, you will need about 10 minutes. There are also some grocery stores nearby.
