Hi,
ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) für eine ca. 55qm große Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist teilmöbliert(inkl. eigenem Schnurlos-Telefon / es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank / ein kleines Bett könnte ich auftreiben).
Spühlmaschine, Grill, Kaffeevollautomat und sonstige überlebenswichtige Dinge sind alle vorhanden :)
zum Essen-Einkaufen aufs Fahrrad steigen lohnt sich nicht:
- Netto und ein Bäcker auf der anderen Straßenseite
- ALDI, LIDL, REWE und DM um die Ecke
etwas weiter:
- Baumarkt, Manmobilia, Real, Saturn ...
ca. 1,5km sind es bis zur Uni
-Alternative: 100m bis zur Haltestelle Ostring laufen und die 5 nehmen, welche dich tagsüber im 10min-Takt in 7min zur Uni bringt
- wenn du eine andere Wandfarbe bevorzugst: Pinsel, Rollen, weiße Farbe und Kreppband sind bereits vorhanden
- erreichbar bin ich vorzugsweise Nachmittags bis ca 23 Uhr
