Hallo ihr da draußen,
Ich ziehe berufsbedingt aus meinem schönen WG-Zimmer aus. Gesucht wird ein/e nette/r Nachmieter/in ab dem 01.04.2014, nach Absprache eventuell auch eher möglich.
Ihr würdet zusammen mit meiner total netten Mitbewohnerin Bianca in der Oststadt wohnen. Hier gibt es alles in direkter Nähe: mehrere Bäckereien, ein Rewe, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Apotheke, Eisdiele etc.
Wichtig ist, dass ihr nicht nur eine Zweck-WG sucht, was aber auch nicht heißen soll, dass man ständig aufeinander hängen muss. Gemeinsames Kochen oder Wein trinken sollte aber mal ab und an drin sein ;-)
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein voll ausgestattetes Bad, ebenso wie eine fabulös eingerichtete Küche. Für diese wird allerdings eine Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 200 Euro, für Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Einrichtung, fällig.
