Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und besticht mit seiner 3,5m hohen Decke. D
Das Fenster geht Richtung Süden weswegen man einen tollen Blick zum Schloss Gottesaue hat und jede Menge Sonne.
Die WG hat eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Sofa. An die Küche grenzt auch unser kleiner Balkon. In der Küche gibt es auch Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines charmanten Altbaus direkt an der Durlacher Allee.
Gegenüber der Wohnung ist der Alte Schlachthof und das Schloss Gottesaue mit angrenzenden Park. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Tullastrasse ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Die beiden Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und viel Unterwegs. Daher sieht man sich meist nur Abends oder am Wochenende.
Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert vermietet.
Eine eigene Matratze muss mitgebracht werden.
Über die Mietdauer lässt sich reden. Auf Wunsch auch nur bis 31.08.2015
